Restrictions on use

1. The forum is open to everyone, NSCP members and non-members alike.

2. The forum is to be used to post questions to and answer questions from your colleagues working in securities compliance.

3. You will need to register into the forum. The forum is confidential therefore we suggest you choose a username that will help you maintain your anonymity. Your username will be visible to all when posting and/or answering questions.

4. The forum is not to be used to solicit products or services. Advertising on the forum may result in a complete ban on your username and IP address. Banned users found to be using multiple accounts on the forum will have those accounts banned immediately as well.

5. Racism, pornography, threats, excessive profanity, excessive vulgarity or the posting of copyrighted materials for which the poster does not have distribution rights are not tolerated. You will be promptly banned.

6. Please be sure to remove all confidential information from your posts. The forum host, the National Society of Compliance Professionals, Inc. (NSCP, Inc.) its staff and directors cannot be held liable if you post confidential information.

7. The forum will be monitored frequently. Any posting not following the above criteria will be removed.
